A system that automates the recruitment process, from candidate shortlisting to instant notifications, while providing powerful Assessment Tools that deliver accurate and objective evaluations of candidates' personalities and potentials. Based on our experience managing HashMicro, we found that the recruitment process can be time-consuming and the existing solutions do not fully address the challenges faced by recruiters. In fact, we discovered that up to 80% of recruiters' time is spent on shortlisting candidates. The manual nature of this process leads to subjective decision-making and can negatively impact the quality of the candidates, ultimately affecting the company's performance.
